Hi there! I'm Heather, the author of Be Present: The Art of Living a Life Fulfilled and the founder of b.rituals, a wellness brand focused on helping people find self-care that actually works for them.

I am a seeker of knowledge who is deeply committed to personal growth. After my last burnout in 2020, I crafted a wellness solution that took me from full-burnout to thriving.

The reason I decided to write a guidebook and share it with the world, is because I saw my colleagues and friends struggle with the same problem:

Life can be complicated, stressful and leave you feeling completely drained at times. You know you want to feel better, but have no idea where to start or struggle to maintain consistency.

  I'm worried because I can't maintain consistency.

The lack of consistency is what kept me in the burnout cycle for over SIX years. Each time I would use holistic techniques to heal my body, mind and soul but THEN… every time I would lose momentum and stop, burn out, and then wonder why I did. 

Once I began to use MINDSET techniques to build habits around my wellness practice, I was able to maintain consistency. I'm excited to share the framework that has helped me redefine my self-care routine. 

  I don't think this is for me.

For the longest time I didn’t believe mindfulness was “for me”. I was the last person who wanted to sit still. Yet the more I explored, the more I began to realize that stillness is ONE form of mindfulness, not the ONLY form.
